Once a 3D model has been take of your feet via a Bio foam impression kit , it is then sent to our lab. When the scan data is received at our lab the prescription is then decided by our lab technicians with the aid of our advanced cast correction soft wear. 
When the prescription has being decided upon the information is then sent to one of our State of the art CNC Milling machines, where the orthotics are milled out to meet your needs.
